jlil1 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jlil1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who registers an account and uses the services available at jlil1.vip. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on jlil1. By completing account registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the website jlil1.vip, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any applications through which jlil1 services are delivered.
• "Member" means any individual who has completed registration and holds an active jlil1 account.
• "Account Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Member's jlil1 wallet, excluding any bonus credits pending wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or other non-deposited value awarded by jlil1 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and jlil1's internal compliance procedures.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or jlil1's internal policy.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform and completing the account registration process, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all associated policies. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are available in English. The English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translation.

jlil1 reserves the right to require Members to re-confirm acceptance of updated Terms before continued access to the Platform is granted. Refusal to accept updated Terms will result in account restriction pending resolution.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain a jlil1 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling in the Philippines pursuant to applicable PAGCOR regulations. Individuals under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, associations, and partnerships may not register Member accounts.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gaming participation.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jlil1 or any of its affiliated entities, game suppliers, or payment processors.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or regulatory prohibition that would restrict your access to gambling services.
• You are opening and operating the account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jlil1 account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching name, date of birth, device, IP address, payment method, or other identifying information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlil1 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of duplicate registrations.

During registration, Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Before withdrawal of funds is permitted, all Members are required to complete jlil1's KYC verification process. This involves the submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document); and
• Where required by jlil1's compliance team, documentation supporting the stated source of funds.

KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in a KYC request notice may be restricted from making further deposits or withdrawals pending compliance.

Account Security and Member Responsibilities

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their account.

Members must not share their login credentials with any third party for any reason. jlil1 will never contact a Member to request their password or OTP code. Any communication purporting to be from jlil1 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

In the event that a Member suspects that their account has been accessed without their authorisation, they must notify jlil1 immediately via the live chat support function. jlil1 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending resolution.

jlil1 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, provided that jlil1's own systems were not the cause of the security breach.

Deposits and Withdrawals

jlil1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposit methods and limits are subject to change.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. jlil1 reserves the right to request that withdrawals above certain thresholds be processed via bank transfer regardless of the original deposit method.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must have completed KYC verification in full;
• The Member must not have any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds that would restrict withdrawal;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met);
• The withdrawal request must not be flagged for compliance review under jlil1's AML procedures.

jlil1 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while a compliance, fraud, or dispute investigation is ongoing. Members will be notified of any such delay through their registered contact details.

Bonuses and Promotions

jlil1 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion at the time of opt-in.

The following general conditions apply to all jlil1 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Members aged 21 and above only. Members must not be subject to any self-exclusion or restriction at the time of claiming a promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and the eligible game contributions (e.g., slots contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate) are specified in the promotion-specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Winnings generated from Free Spins are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• jlil1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already accepted by a Member will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating gameplay with other Members, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus and real-money balances and permanent account closure.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing any wager on jlil1, the Member accepts the applicable game rules for that game type. Game rules for all casino games, sports betting markets, and bingo products are available within the Platform.

jlil1 reserves the right to void any bet or round of play where:

• A technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue affecting game integrity is detected;
• A bet is placed on an outcome that is already determined at the time of placement (e.g., in-play sports bet placed after the relevant event period has concluded);
• An obvious pricing error resulted in a bet being accepted at manifestly incorrect odds;
• The bet was placed in contravention of these Terms or applicable game rules.

In the event of a void, the relevant stake is returned to the Member's Account Balance. No additional compensation will be paid in connection with a voided bet.

For live sports betting, jlil1 uses official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen data and the official result, the official result will prevail for settlement purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on jlil1 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes in any game type;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, free spins, or promotions through patterns of play that deviate from legitimate recreational gaming (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting");
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault, or pricing anomaly to derive financial benefit beyond the expected outcome of normal gameplay;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of deposits made to your jlil1 account;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates jlil1 staff, contractors, or other Members.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, jlil1 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonus credits, forfeit any balance held in the account, and report the activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

Responsible Gaming

jlil1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its Members. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Members may configure notifications that alert them when a gaming session has exceeded a nominated duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary break from gaming of between 1 and 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended for the nominated duration. Early reinstatement is not permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Membership of jlil1 is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. jlil1 will not knowingly maintain accounts for underage individuals. If you become aware that a person under 21 has accessed the Platform, please notify support immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jlil1 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of jlil1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on any Platform content;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform;
• Scraping, data mining, or otherwise extracting Platform content by automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlil1 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform.

jlil1's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlil1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jlil1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific game types. jlil1 will endeavour to notify Members of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through jlil1's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Members who wish to submit a complaint or dispute should first contact jlil1 customer support via live chat or email. jlil1 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 business days of acknowledgement. Where a complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, jlil1 will keep the Member informed of the expected resolution timeline.

Amendments to These Terms

jlil1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlil1 will notify Members through the Platform and, where appropriate, via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
