Members should be aware that data protection laws in other jurisdictions may differ from those applicable in the Philippines. However, jlil1's contractual arrangements with international processors are designed to maintain a standard of protection substantially equivalent to that required under Philippine law.

Data Security Measures

jlil1 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

Data Retention

jlil1 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of the Member relationship and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLC record-keeping requirements.
• Financial Transaction Data: Retained for five (5) years following the date of each transaction, consistent with Philippine AML record-keeping obligations.
• Gaming Activity Data: Retained for three (3) years following the relevant gameplay session for dispute resolution, bonus verification, and regulatory audit purposes.

Children's Privacy
